Premises: The environment in which we work to realize our “Purpose”. Our surroundings have immediate and lasting impact on how we think and feel.
Process: Established series of steps which lead to the achievement of the desired result and "Purpose".
Product: Fruits of the “Process”

Passion: Level of enthusiasm and commitment each of us project as we work to achieve the desired results and "Purpose".
Priority: The most important thing I can be doing right now.
Planning: The system of establishing priorities and daily activities that moves the individual and organization closer to their desired result and "Purpose".
Performance: The score, the result, the achievement, can be daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, annually, etc.
The Eight Sustaining Principles
Profile: The entity that is responsible for realizing the purpose. It establishes and identifies the position in life and respective industry.
Promote: The new level of customer service. Promoted promoters promote more. Creating advocates that help carry us to new levels of success.
Pathway: A “Process” specifically designed to achieve a specific result. The combining and merging a series of processes that will guide to a successful conclusion.
Predictability: The managing, maintaining and creation of environments, assignments, expectations and objectives that are communicated in such a way that there is no room for misunderstanding by all involved. Successful people have a tendency to flee unpredictable environments.

Precision: The perfecting of “Purpose” and “Principles”. The tweaking of "Processes" and "Pathways", the fine tuning of personal commitment and accountability.
Persuade: The act of encouraging achievement. Transfer of passion. The skill of encouraging and influencing achievement and growth. The "Promotion" of all things good.
