Measure
When we deal
in generalities we shall never succeed. When we deal in specifics we shall
rarely have failure. When performance is measured performance improves. When
performance is measured and reported the rate of performance accelerates. When
we keep score the score will always improve. Results then, are the
final judge. Measurement enables us to adjust and enhance our plan. Honest,
intelligent effort is always rewarded. Achievement comes from doing the right
things, consistently reinforcing basic principles and bestowing to others your
belief. Commitment is contagious, as others witness your passion they often
will rally to your cause. A commitment made is a debt unpaid.
